Accessibility statement

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification or other assistive technology. Last reviewed 11 October 2026.

Our standard

This website is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, the standard referred to by the Australian Human Rights Commission's guidance on the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth).

What we've done

  • One clear heading structure on every page, with landmarks and a "Skip to content" link.
  • Every page and form can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
  • Text and controls meet WCAG AA colour contrast.
  • Every form field has a visible label, and error messages say what went wrong and how to fix it.
  • Illustrations have text descriptions, and decorative graphics are hidden from screen readers.
  • Animations respect the "reduce motion" setting on your device.
  • Pages work at 400% zoom and on small screens without sideways scrolling.

We check pages with automated accessibility testing tools and by hand with a keyboard.

Known limitations

Content we embed from other companies, such as a Google map, is controlled by that company and may not fully meet the standard. Contact details for us are always also available as text.
